Globimed Kenya Limited uses this information only to understand your enquiry, contact you and discuss relevant wellness or supplementation support. Optional health information is sensitive: share only what you are comfortable sharing. Do not send medical records, identification documents or information about another person.
Your enquiry is encrypted in the website database and available only to authorised administrator accounts. Content editors cannot access it. Access and changes are logged. Hosting providers process data as part of operating the website and backups; this is not a promise of end-to-end encryption.
Enquiries are retained in the live database for up to 90 days, then removed. Protected server backups are managed separately and may retain copies after live deletion. There is no automatic subscription, marketing, sale of your information or automated health decision from this form.
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent stops further handling for this enquiry, subject to any lawful retention obligation; it does not undo processing already carried out. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
