Make space for everyone
Ask your family what meals they enjoy and what ingredients are already available. Include the people who shop and cook so the plan reflects the work involved.
Plan around real days
Some days allow time to cook; others do not. Write down a few meals that fit the week, note what can be prepared ahead and make a shopping list. Keep the plan flexible.
Reflect without judgement
At the end of the week, ask what was easy, what was wasted and what you would change. A plan is a tool to support your household, not a test of perfection.
